Wat wordt er van je verwachtAs a Production Worker at Bolletje in Heerde, you’ll be part of a modern production facility where quality and efficiency go hand in hand. You’ll support the production process, keep things running smoothly, and work closely with your teammates in a 3-shift schedule. Your responsibilities include:
· Supplying materials and ingredients to the production line;
· Keeping the production line running, especially during peak seasons like the holidays;
· Checking products and reporting any irregularities;
· Maintaining a clean and safe work environment;
· Contributing positively to team dynamics.
Good to know: You’ll start as a Production employee, but strong performance opens the door to growth opportunities within Bolletje!
Wat zoeken wij
We’re seeking a proactive, flexible team player with a hands-on attitude. You also:
· Are available in a 3-shift system;
· Are open to working in a 5-shift system in the future (a plus);
· Have a good command of the Dutch language (or speak English and are willing to learn Dutch, tha’s also a plus!);
· Have experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry;
· Are precise in your work and physically fit.
At Bolletje, you’ll join a well-known Dutch brand with a warm, collegial atmosphere. You can count on:
· A gross hourly wage of €15.50, excluding shift allowance (depending on experience);
· Shift allowance of at least 38% after 18:00;
· Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 10 km one-way and €13,80max);
· A thorough onboarding process and internal training;
