About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Energy Storage Systems (ESS) business in the Netherlands.
In this role, you will focus on developing relationships with installers and EPC companies, identifying project opportunities, and converting them into successful sales.
TasksKey Responsibilities:
1. Customer Development & Account Management
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with local installers and EPC companies
- Conduct regular on-site visits (face-to-face meetings) to build trust and understand customer needs
- Establish long-term partnerships and expand customer network
2. Project Sales & Execution
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closing
- Promote KSTAR’s Residential ESS and C&I ESS solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, logistics) to deliver tailored solutions
- Support technical discussions and product presentations with customers
3. Market Expansion & Intelligence
- Explore new market opportunities in the Dutch ESS sector
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends
- Provide regular feedback to internal teams to support product and strategy improvements
4. Forecast & Target Management
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts with high accuracy
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain CRM data and report project progress
5. Marketing & Partner Activities
- Support local trainings, roadshows, and exhibitions
- Collaborate with distributors and partners on co-marketing activities
- Strengthen KSTAR brand awareness in the Netherlands
Job Requirements:
Must-have
- 2+ years of experience in solar PV / energy storage / electrical industry sales
- Strong network with installers or EPC companies in the Netherlands
- Proven track record in project-based sales
- Fluent in Dutch
- Valid driving license
Nice to Have
- Experience with Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
- Technical understanding of inverters / batteries / energy systems
- Knowledge of Dutch energy market (e.g. dynamic pricing, grid constraints)
