You’ll work in a variety of situations, such as relocations, estates (inheritances), or preparing properties for turnover. You ensure that everything is carried out efficiently and neatly.
Your tasks will include:
- Clearing out homes and commercial properties
- Sorting and disposing of goods (for sale, reuse, or waste)
- Dismantling furniture and removing carpets or other materials
- Delivering clean and empty properties according to the required standards
- Occasionally cleaning or performing minor repairs
