Functieomschrijving
To continuously improve the QA Release process and manage major quality issues within the QA Release team.
The specialist acts as a bridge between QA and other departments like processing, driving root cause analysis and preventive actions.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify key issues using complex data.
- Develop action plans with KPIs.
- Conduct gap assessments and trend analyses.
- Create management reports and participate in improvement projects.
- Release Activities
- Lead or participate in RCA and SAAB sessions.
- Act as first point of contact for major quality issues.
- Support production meetings and ensure quality control.
- Serve as backup for the QA release coordinator.
- Prepare proposals for deviating items and coach team members.
Functie-eisen
- HBO in Food Technology or HLO.
- Experience in food/pharma industry, preferably dairy.
- Knowledge of baby food standards.
- Some years of relevant work experience.
- Experienced in SAP-QM and Power-BI
