Recruiter in Rotterdam

In your role as Recruiter, your tasks include:

• Conducting intake interviews and screenings

• Guiding candidates through the application process

• Registering temporary workers and creating placements

• Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients

• Keeping up to date with relevant trends and developments in the labor market and recruitment industry

You will usually work from our office in Rotterdam during regular office hours.

• Minimum MBO (intermediate vocational education) level of working and thinking

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

• Affinity with recruitment and working with people

• Excellent social and communication skills

• Analytical thinker and great judge of character, able to look beyond CVs to identify real qualities

• Salary between €2,500 and €3,100 gross per month, depending on experience

• Laptop and smartphone

• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km or full reimbursement of public transport costs
