As a Recruitment Consultant, you're responsible for the entire recruitment process—from identifying the right candidates to matching them with our clients. You act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey. In addition, you’ll work closely with the recruitment team to develop strategies for attracting talent and optimizing our recruitment process.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct intake interviews and candidate screenings
- Guide candidates through the entire application process
- Register temporary workers and create placements
- Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients
- Keep up to date with trends and developments in the job market and recruitment industry

Wat wij vragen- Minimum MBO (intermediate vocational education) level of thinking and working
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- A passion for recruitment and working with people
