Our company is a global leader in health technology, dedicated to improving well-being through innovation. We seek a motivated Systems Engineer to join us in developing cutting-edge products that make a real difference in people's lives

Your Role

As a Systems Engineer, you'll be a key technical leader, guiding the development of innovative IPL technologies from concept to market. By collaborating with experts and ensuring rigorous standards, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our health tech products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and Lead: Collaborate with technical teams to lead the development of IPL technologies, from concept to successful implementation.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Work with mechanical, electrical, and software experts to deliver integrated solutions and support product development projects.
  • Methodology and Traceability: Ensure adherence to development methodologies like the V-model, maintaining traceability from high-level requirements to final verification.
  • ​​​​​​​Continuous Improvement: Champion the adoption of new ways of working within the Systems Engineering team, including Model-Based Systems Engineering and SAFe Agile.

We're Looking for a Fit with These Skills & Experience
  • Lead Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead engineering role involving multiple domains.
  • Education: A Master's degree in Systems Engineering, (Applied) Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience in medical consumer product development, with a strong understanding of regulatory design controls such as FDA, ISO 13485, and EUMDR.
  • Technical Proficiency: Sound knowledge of modeling/simulation tools (e.g., CREO, Ansys, Matlab, Cameo) and strong experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS).
  • Data Analysis: Demonstrated expertise in data and statistical analysis, evidenced by a Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) certification.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse, global teams.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to internal and external partners.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Primary employment conditions

  • Attractive salary as per market standards
  • A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically
  • 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries
