Functieomschrijving

In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving service excellence. Your responsibilities as a Service Innovation Engineer will involve deep dives into CAPA investigations and performing service engineering for corrections. You'll analyze service processes and execution compliance, interacting with our markets to understand work orders and machine data. Additionally, you'll create and update crucial Service Innovation Engineer deliverables within our Quality Management System to continually elevate our service standards. The other part of your role involves analyzing TechMax core block order bookings, running reports, validating data, and following up on any discrepancies with the markets.

  • Support CAPA investigations and perform service engineering for corrections and corrective actions.
  • Analyze relevant service processes and execution compliancy, interacting with markets for work order and machine data insights.
  • Create and update Service Innovation Engineer deliverables in the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Act as the TM core block order booking analyst, running reports, validating data, and resolving defects with markets.
  • Integrate multi-disciplinary approaches to develop robust solutions for technical challenges.

Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Software, Data, Information Systems, or Computer Science).
  • Strong analytical skills and a well-organized approach to work.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
