Responsible for all Shunter Chauffeur handling operations to ensure that assigned tasks are completed within the planned schedule and according to prescribed quality standards, while adhering to safety regulations. The role involves ensuring the punctual and safe movement of containers and/or trailers based on a predetermined plan, guaranteeing that they are delivered to the correct location on time. The Shunter Chauffeur operates on a day-shift schedule, and candidates must be available to work any day of the week, as required.
Your key responsibilities:
- Operate the Terberg vehicle safely and efficiently
- Transport containers and/or trailers according to the established schedule
- Position containers and/or trailers at the correct locations
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Use prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Wat wij vragen- Valid driving license (C/C+E)
- Good knowledge of english language and/or dutch
- Experience operating heavy vehicles and handling containers/trailers
- Knowledge of safety regulations and safe working practices
- Accuracy, responsibility, and reliability
- Ability to work according to schedules and cooperate in a team
- Basic knowledge of logistics systems (a plus)
