As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading all store operations, from building and training a high-performing team to ensuring an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. You will act as the driving force behind sales performance, brand presentation, and operational excellence.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Building, training, and managing a team of approximately 10 employees, fostering a positive and high-energy work environment;
- Setting and achieving KPI targets, using performance data to drive commercial success;
- Overseeing visual merchandising, ensuring the store reflects the brand's identity and standards at all times;
- Managing stock control, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention strategies;
- Leading by example on the sales floor, providing outstanding customer service and coaching your team to do the same;
- Taking responsibility for in-store HR operations, including scheduling, performance reviews, and team development.
A competitive salary between €3000 and €3300 will be offered in accordance with your experience and knowledge. There are interesting secundary arrangements we will discuss with you in a personal interview.
