At Tappr, we’re pioneering Digital Product Passports (DPPs) to help brands meet new regulations and unlock value from transparency, circularity, and traceability. As a fast-growing startup on the frontline of product data innovation, we’re looking for a Talent & Recruitment Intern to help us find and attract the best talent out there. If you're ambitious, people-driven, and want to make a direct impact in a mission-driven startup, this is your opportunity.

Tasks

Your primary goal: bring in 100 quality applicants within 3 months for Tappr’s key roles.

You’ll take full ownership of the sourcing and recruitment pipeline:

  • Use LinkedIn and smart outreach tools to identify and approach top candidates
  • Experiment with messaging, job profiles, and channels to optimize response rates
  • Actively pitch our mission to high-potential talent
  • Collaborate with the founders and team leads to define needs and refine job descriptions
  • Build a scalable process that leaves a legacy, not just a list
Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and driven by impact
  • A natural communicator who enjoys reaching out and starting conversations
  • Curious about startups, product innovation, and tech with purpose
  • Ready to experiment and iterate to get results
