We're looking for an ambitious Talent & Recruitment Intern to recruit the best possible people for our team! With SyncVR Medical it’s our mission to improve healthcare with Virtual/Augmented Reality. TasksYour goal is to get 100 job applicants within 3 months for our epic open positions (syncvr.join.com). You will use state of the art tools to profile and recruit talent and reach out to high potentials. This will involve finding the right profiles for our roles, experimenting with different profiles and recruiting people on LinkedIn. Whatever you think is necessary to obtain your goal!
Requirements- You are enthusiastic, creative and entrepreneurial;
- You are hyped about XR and healthcare;
- You are not afraid to approach people;
- You are eager to work with LinkedIn to recruit talent;

You are entering a start-up. This means you get full freedom and responsibility by working on big impactful tasks. You determine your own hours, where you work and how many holidays you need. In this internship, we cover all costs you need to make, but as with all our internships, don't provide an internship salary - the focus is on developing yourself, not on earning money.
Previous interns succeeded in recruiting people successfully and thereby built up a key achievement for their CV... Want to do the same? This is your chance to kickstart your HR career with hands-on experience including a unique set of responsibilities.
