As an order picker you start with a quick training. On your first day you will learn how to work with everything within Lidl Online Roosendaal:

• You collect non food items from the Lidl online shop with a hand scanner
• Put the items in your cart
• Ensure that all costumers receive their orders correctly and on time at home

In an atmosphere of collegiality, you work closely with your colleagues from different departments to ensure that all processes run timely and efficiently as possible.

You will work in flexible working hours (2shifts) between 06:00hrs and 23:00hrs. Together we discuss the right hours for you.

In Roosendaal you can find our e-commerce distribution center of Lidl. This new company is part of Lidl International and responsible for the logistics services of our e-commerce activities. From here (after the opening) non-food items are collected daily and sent to our webshop customers throughout Western Europe.
