Your Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Employee, you’ll play a key role in keeping our logistics running smoothly. Your main tasks include:
Goods Handling
- Manage inbound and outbound goods as instructed by the Warehouse Manager.
- Prepare and reserve materials for projects or shop needs on time.
- Inspect goods (quality and quantity) upon arrival and dispatch, report any shortages or damages.
- Keep products organized and stored safely in the correct locations.
- Maintain a structured and clean warehouse environment.
- Book goods movements in our ERP system (Corpex).
- Communicate with Project Managers about shipments and returns.
Stock Management
- Perform regular stock counts and keep inventory records accurate.
- Report stock discrepancies to Procurement.
Logistics
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Handle shipments of small materials.
- Receive and process packing notes.
Workwear & Consumables
- Ensure company clothing is laundered weekly and properly distributed to projects.
- Keep consumables well-stocked and correctly documented when shipped or returned.
Safety & Environment
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Dispose of waste materials responsibly.
- Report accidents or near misses immediately.
Additional Duties
- Act as a representative for the Warehouse Manager during absences.
Your Profile
· Experience in warehouse or logistics work (industrial environment preferred)
· Forklift license is an advantage
· Basic computer and ERP skills (Corpex experience is a plus)
· Strong sense of responsibility, organization and teamwork
· Commitment to safety and quality
