About the Roles
We're currently looking for professionals who can help shape the future of these fast-evolving industries. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Research and Development: Designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of new products and processes.
- Quality Assurance/Control: Ensuring all products and processes meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Process Optimization: Improving existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Project Management: Leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.

• New Product Introduction (NPI)
• FMEA

Job Requirements
To be successful in these roles, you should have the following professional hard skills:- Bachelor's or Master's in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharma or Chemistry
- Proven work experience in a laboratory and industrial setting within the Biotech, Medical Devices, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, or Chemistry sectors.
- Experience with relevant regulations, such as GMP, GLP, ISO, FMEA, FDA
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch (desirable)

Locations: Randstad and the South of the Netherlands.
We have openings for a one-year (secondment) contract with the possibility of extension or a permanent contract with the client company. While full-time (40 hours per week) is strongly preferred, a 32- or 36-hour work week can be discussed. The salary will be determined based on the seniority of the position and your experiences.
In addition to your salary, we offer the following benefits:
- 25 days of paid holiday per year (based on a 40-hour week)
- Travel allowance
- Pension Plus scheme (pension contributions from day one)
- Annual training budget
- A net budget of €750 to set up your home office
- Possibility of bonuses
