We are looking for a Business Development Manager (d/f/m) in the Netherlands (Naarden), a true hunter who actively identifies, pursues, and closes new business opportunities for our brand ParcelParcel. Your focus will be on expanding our Non-EU Express shipping services, helping Dutch businesses ship smoothly and reliably outside the EU. At the same time, you will lay the foundation for a future Business Development team, playing a key role in shaping our growth strategy and commercial success. This position combines hands-on sales execution with a strategic mindset!
Your Key Responsibilities- Identify and win new business in international logistics, with a focus on Non-EU Express services.
- Manage, build and expand partnerships with international partners and strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Prepare business cases and recommendations for management and shareholders.
- Work closely with support and operations to turn plans into practical solutions.
- Proven hunter profile with a strong track record in sales and business development.
- Experience in logistics, transport, or international trade.
- Strong understanding of customs processes, Incoterms (DDP/DAP), and international shipping solutions.
- Solid commercial and analytical skills.
- Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Experience with digital logistics or SaaS platforms in a scale-up environment.
- Knowledge of pricing models in international express shipping.
- additional languages such as French or German.
- You are a self-starter, able to independently build a new role and structure.
- You thrive on winning new customers and building growth.
