Functie eisen
What do you bring as a cook?1. Your tasks include carrying out preparation work such as washing and chopping vegetables and preparing rice and noodle dishes, working with a kitchen team of approximately four colleagues under the supervision of the head chef.
2. Preparing dishes according to the chef’s recipes and performing regular quality and hygiene checks.
3. Finishing and checking dishes for service, after which the waiting staff can take over for delivery.
4. At the end of the day, cleaning your own work area, kitchen equipment, and machines, and assisting the kitchen assistant (if present) in cleaning the kitchen and storing delivered goods.
5. Being a good team player who is flexible and possesses strong communication skills.
6. Contributing to quality improvement and menu optimization, including developing recipes and preparation instructions.
7. Preferred qualifications: MBO-2 level or comparable education, with knowledge of and experience in basic cooking techniques.
What do we offer in return?
• A gross salary between €2,500 and €3,000 based on a 38-hour workweek, according to the Dutch Hospitality Collective Labor Agreement (CAO), with 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance,
