To fuel this next growth phase, we’re looking for a Consumer Market Intelligence Specialist—a data-driven storyteller who can turn consumer insights into strategies that shape how millions of men dress. JUST THE JOB
As part of the Master Brand Team, you’ll be the voice of the consumer within Just Brands. Working directly with our Head of Brand, you’ll transform market data and consumer behavior into insights that drive brand, marketing, and product decisions across our three menswear labels.
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage our brand tracker and deliver regular performance insights.
- Execute qualitative and quantitative research projects to understand consumer motivations and perceptions.
- Monitor market share and competitor activities across categories and regions.
- Create clear, actionable reports that influence strategy.
- Analyze consumer behavior to support campaign and product development.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner with brand and marketing teams to translate insights into actions.
- Support colleagues with research best practices and methodologies.
YOUR PROFILE
Experience
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Market Research or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or data intelligence.
- Background in fashion or consumer goods is a plus.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable business insights.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Dutch or German is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Skilled in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Clear communicator with a talent for simplifying data-driven findings.
- Analytical thinker with an eye for patterns and emerging trends.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others with insights.
- Curious about consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
