We are seeking a Development Engineer, Cutting Elements to join our team, focusing on the development of innovative cutting elements for our range of grooming and beauty appliances. In this dynamic, multidisciplinary role, you will be responsible for the entire development cycle, from initial concept to mass manufacturing.

You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our products, ensuring that new designs uphold our core values of functionality, quality, and simplicity. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious engineer who thrives on solving complex technical puzzles and building deep knowledge in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Product Development: Develop and engineer high-quality cutting elements for shavers, trimmers, and clippers, translating user and business requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Technical Design: Create high-quality mechanical designs using metal or plastic that are optimized for mass production.
• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, manage development requirements, and conduct DFMEAs (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), following the V-model methodology.
• Strategic Influence: Contribute to roadmap and strategy discussions by leveraging your expert knowledge to influence key decisions.

Testing & Validation: Plan and execute the development of cutting element functions, creating new experimental setups and methods as needed.
