English Speaking Operator

As an operator at our production facility in Boxmeer, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. Working in a collaborative team environment, you’ll handle natural materials, operate machinery, and contribute to the creation of high-quality products that are exported to customers worldwide. This role requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn through on-the-job training and internal courses.

What You Will Do:

• Operate machinery: you will work with large machines to fill and empty tunnels with natural materials, ensuring the process runs efficiently.
• Mix and add spores: you’ll assist in mixing materials and adding mushroom spores, preparing the product for further processing and transport.
• Perform quality checks: you’ll take samples of the material and verify its quality to meet our standards.
• Monitor and maintain equipment: you’ll oversee machine performance and assist with minor maintenance tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness: you’ll help keep the work area and production halls clean and organized, contributing to a safe and hygienic environment.

• A competitive monthly salary ranging from €3700 to €4300 gross, including a 3-shifts allowances, based on your experience and age.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.

• Technical aptitude with prior experience as an operator
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• You have basic knowlegde of Dutch or German
• Ability to work hygienically and in a structured manner
• You can work in 3 shifts
• Proactive mindset; works well independently and in teams
• Willingness to participate in internal training programs
