As a Factory Worker, you will play an important role in our flavor production process:
- Collect and weigh raw materials according to recipes
- Add ingredients to machines and monitor production
- Mix raw materials into flavor blends
- Package finished products into bags (up to 23 kg)
- Prepare batches for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Working Hours 3 shift system
- Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00
- Gross hourly wage: €17.91 (excluding shift allowance)
- 20.5% shift bonus on all hours worked
- 13th-month salary, 25 vacation days, and 8.33% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km (from 10 km)
- Pension plan starting from your first day
- Opportunity for a direct contract with IFF upon good performance
- Available full-time in a 3-shift system
- Proficient in Dutch or English (minimum B1 level)
- Experience in a production or warehouse environment
- Physically able to lift 23 kg bags
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working with strong scents daily
