LPC Recruitment is hiring for one of its clients in the horticulture sector, specializing in the packaging and logistics of flower bulbs. We are looking for motivated candidates with a team spirit, available for a short-term project, offering good working conditions and support with accommodation.

Sobre o trabalhoAvailable Roles (Department allocation will depend on current needs)
Manual Packaging
– Assembling products on a slow-moving conveyor line (pots, soil, bulbs)
– Closing and organizing final packaging
Machine Operation
– Assisting with flower bulb packaging machines
– Monitoring machine performance and product quality
Quality Control
– Visual inspection of bulbs
– Removing damaged bulbs and trimming rhizomes
Logistics
– Order preparation and pallet movement
– Internal transport between storage areas
– Cleaning and general support
– Varied tasks requiring autonomy
Requisitos
Requirements:
• Availability to work before September
• Driving license (preferred)
• Previous experience in similar roles (preferred)
• Minimum English level: B1 (mandatory)
O que oferecemos
Offered Conditions:
• Gross hourly wage: €14.40 (for candidates aged 21 and over)
• Support with accommodation
• Daily transport between accommodation and workplace
• Ongoing support throughout the integration process
