As a Junior Production Operator at Snack Connection in Bergschenhoek, you’ll be a vital part of our production team. You’ll work in a modern, fast-paced production facility where teamwork and efficiency are key. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring packaging machines for nut-based snacks
- Conducting quality checks to make sure products meet our high standards
- Carrying out routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance
- Quickly resolving minor issues on the production line to keep things moving
- Following safety and hygiene procedures in the food production environment
- Maintaining accurate records of production output and issues
- Working collaboratively with other team members to meet daily targets
You’ll be working full-time in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday:
- Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
- Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:45 p.m.
- Night shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:45 a.m. Occasional weekend work may be needed, with extra pay for those shifts.

Wat wij vragen- At least 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operator role (food industry is a plus)
- Comfortable operating and troubleshooting packaging machinery
- Good spoken English skills
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night)
- Reliable and punctual, with a positive team spirit
