Production Operator / 3 shifts – Food Industry – Bergschenhoek

As a Production Operator / 3 shifts at Snack Connection in Bergschenhoek, you will be at the heart of our production process, making sure our nut-based snacks are packed and ready to delight customers across the region. Your focus will be on keeping the packaging line running smoothly, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining high standards of quality. You’ll work in a clean and lively production facility, surrounded by a supportive team that values your input. Your main responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring advanced packaging machines to ensure efficient production
• Conducting quality checks throughout your shift to meet product standards
• Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
• Accurately recording production data and reporting any issues to your supervisor
• Supporting your teammates to keep the workflow steady and positive

You will work full-time in a 3-shift rotation from Monday to Friday:

• Morning shift: 6:00 to 14:45
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 to 22:45
• Night shift: 22:00 to 6:45 Occasional weekend shifts are possible, with extra compensation for those hours. You’ll enjoy a fast-paced environment where teamwork and reliability matter every day.

• At least 1 year of experience in a production, operator, or machine operator role (food industry experience is a plus)
• Able to operate and troubleshoot packaging machinery with confidence
• Good spoken English for clear team communication
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Salary starting at €18.88 per hour and can go up to €19.78 per hour, depending on experience
• Shift allowance: +19% for 3-shift rotation
• Saturday allowance: +30%; public holiday allowance: +100%
