What happens within this organization?
• Specialist in sheet metal processing
From rough sketch to series production: the company processes various types of sheet materials into finished products. This can be simple metal parts or assembled products with inserts, wire forms, or plastic elements.
• In-house toolmaking
The design, assembly, and maintenance of production molds and tools are handled internally, ensuring process optimization and quality.
• Medium to large-scale series
The organization works on medium to large production volumes, ranging from relatively simple to highly complex metal parts.
• Automation & robotics
Investments have been made in modern technology: laser cutters, robotics, presses (up to 800 tons), welding, press brakes, and assembly with continuous quality monitoring.
Company size and culture
The company employs around 200 people who collaborate on producing sheet metal for various sectors, including automotive and transport. It features a flat organizational structure with short communication lines and a no-nonsense mentality. Work is done in close-knit teams, with daily knowledge sharing between experienced and junior colleagues. Informal and family-oriented activities are regularly organized, such as company drinks, year-end events, sports tournaments, and group outings.

• Operating and setting up press machines
• Monitoring the production process and spotting errors early
• Solving issues and consulting with the quality/tooling department if needed
• Performing quality checks with measurement tools and visual inspection
• Packaging products and recording quality data digitally
• Supporting continuous improvement in production quality and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Completed technical education (at least pre-vocational level – VMBO)
🔹 Affinity with production work and technical processes
🔹 High level of accuracy and responsibility
🔹 Motivation and willingness to learn
🔹 Willingness to work in 2 shifts
🔹 EU nationality, English (or Dutch) language skills, and a valid driver’s license
