In this role, you ensure that the production line runs efficiently and safely. You perform basic maintenance, monitor quality, and help improve the production process.

In this role, you ensure that the production line runs efficiently and safely. You perform basic maintenance, monitor quality, and help improve the production process.
Your daily tasks include:
- Performing machine maintenance and solving minor technical issues.
- Setting up and converting machines for various production runs.
- Checking product quality and packaging according to standards.
- Logging issues and suggesting improvements for better production efficiency.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Gross monthly salary between €3,400 and €4,000, including shift allowance.
- Temporary contract with a strong chance of permanent employment.
- Full-time job (40 hours per week) in 3-shift rotation.
- Travel allowance of €0.22 per km.
- Internal operator training provided – learn and grow on the job!
- Flexible pay schedule: choose between weekly or every 4 weeks.
- You’re available full-time and willing to work in 3-shifts.
- Minimum MBO level 1 or 2 (or equivalent work/learning experience).
- Previous technical experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
- Good command of the Dutch language (spoken and written).
- You have your own transportation and are willing to commute to Lelystad.
