Product Developer - Menswear (Temporary)

We are seeking a Temporary Product Developer - Circular Knits, Flatknits, Woven Shirts and Neckwear to join a leading Mens outerwear team in Amsterdam. In this role, you'll oversee the full product development process from concept to final production, collaborating with Design, Merchandising, and Technical teams to create high-quality, stylish fashion for a global market.

In this role, you'll oversee the full product development process from concept to final production, collaborating with Design, Merchandising, and Technical teams to create high-quality, stylish fashion for a global market.

You'll be responsible for sourcing materials, managing production timelines, tracking samples, and ensuring all systems are updated. Additionally, you will work to improve product quality, fit, sustainability, and innovation, with regular travel to production facilities to monitor progress.

Product Developer - Circular Knits, Flatknits, Woven Shirts and Neckwear

Role and Responsibilities:
* Sourcing, Research & Development
* Design Advisory
* Product Management - Supplier Communication
* Cross functional communication & advisory
* Information maintenance/data integrity

The Ideal Candidate:
* Ideally 3+ years of experience in the field of sourcing, development and production
* Product knowledge of apparel in concerning product groups
* Knowledge in fabrics/trims quality and color approval
* Effective communication skills: team player, interdepartmental collaboration, stakeholder management
* Proactive problem solver with attention to detail
* Is able to work in a highly productive, fast paced environment with a hands-on approach

Your salary/rate will depend on your current knowledge and experience.
