As Project & Process Manager, you will lead a significant Service Delivery Management project within the wholesale division. You'll be responsible for defining a clear project roadmap with measurable deliverables and overseeing its implementation to ensure results.

The role calls for someone who thrives in a complex, international environment-aligning stakeholders with diverse interests, navigating challenges, and ensuring that new processes are embedded successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the scope of the service delivery management project, align key stakeholders, and address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver clear, fact-based progress updates and insights to support management decision-making and maintain transparency.
  • Lead the implementation phase, ensuring deadlines are met, quality standards are achieved, and a smooth transition to business-as-usual is secured.

This is a temporary position for 36 hours per week, based near Utrecht, running until 31 August 2026. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing a combination of working from home and in the office. The salary range is €6,000 to €7,500 per month, based on a 36-hour workweek.

Functie eisen

Must haves:

* Proven experience in Service Delivery Management (SLR) - essential.
* Academic working and thinking level (WO).
* 5-7 years' experience leading and delivering projects, ideally within wholesale banking.
* Solid knowledge of Lean (Green Belt), Agile, and Prince2 methodologies.
* Strong analytical and communication skills; able to convey complex information clearly - excellent PowerPoint skills are required.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
