What are you going to do?
- Implement the test automation: Translate the quality strategy into practice by building and maintaining test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress/Playwright) and CI/CD test pipelines.
- Design and execute test scenarios: Transform identified risks and edge cases into concrete test scripts, integration tests, and acceptance criteria early in the development cycle.
- Support developers hands-on: Act as the technical QA go-to for engineering teams, helping them write better automated tests, debug failures, and utilize shared test templates.
- Validate critical business flows: Map, test, and automate complex end-to-end user journeys and contract testing (e.g., Pact) to ensure system behavior aligns with business documentation.
- Execute high-risk testing: Perform the actual heavy lifting for complex initiatives and migrations, including test data preparation, regression testing, and exploratory testing.

Functie eisen
What you bring?
- Senior-level QA / Test Automation experience;
- Proven ability to contribute to QA strategy and gain stakeholder buy-in;
- Experience with complex systems, platforms, or large-scale changes;
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Playwright) and integration testing (e.g. Pact) is a plus;
- Familiarity with React, Scala, and cloud platforms is a plus.
