As a recruitment consultant, you are responsible for relationship management and coordination of daily operations. You are the first point of contact for all HR-related matters and the clients under your management. You will do this by:
- Planning personnel and transportation
- Backoffice tasks such as accurately processing payroll and contracts
- Coordinating recruitment procedures, including scheduling and conducting interviews
- Ensuring quality pool management, from absenteeism and vacation days to evaluation meetings
- Actively recruiting candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events
