As Revenue Manager, you are the go-to person when it comes to managing the revenue of a diverse portfolio of hotels. This hotel chain operates a total of 8 different locations across the country. You are responsible for optimizing room rates, maximizing profit margins, and preparing various budgets. The goal is to ensure that the revenue of each hotel is optimized so they can maintain their position in the market.

In this role your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing the various budgets for 3 hotels;
  • Analyzing data from the past year and proposing potential improvements;
  • Improving and optimizing the distribution mix of your own portfolio;
  • Monitoring revenue data;
  • Maintaining professional relationships, both internally and externally.

The salary for this position depends on your knowledge and experience and will range between €3,300 and €3,600 gross per month based on a 38-hour workweek. In addition, the secondary benefits are well arranged, including a compensation of up to €400 net per month if you have student loan debt.

Functie eisen

To thrive in this role, you bring the following:

* Completed higher education (preferably in Hospitality);
* Excellent command of English, good knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
* At least 1 year of experience in Revenue/Yield Management;
* Strong analytical and numerical skills;
* Proficient in Excel and Revenue Management systems.
