As Account Support, you connect Sales, Customer Care, Quality, Demand Planning, and the Customer. You coordinate efforts to achieve objectives through effective contract monitoring, ensuring business performance and customer service levels are met. You'll provide business insights to support Sales decision-making while demonstrating proactive problem-solving and participating in improvement projects related to sales activities in SAP/Salesforce. You also collect customer demand and manage complaints alongside Sales and Customer Care, ensuring optimal service for the organization.
Job Context:
As part of the Commercial Operations, you enable sales execution while maintaining service levels for customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Accountabilities:
- Customer Contact: Act as a liaison, staying informed about customer insights and market trends.
- Customer Reporting: Maintain and utilize SalesForce for documenting customer interactions.
- Forecasting: Secure customer demand for forecasting and manage constraints.
- Master Data: Ensure SAP/SalesForce data is current.
- Complaints: Manage escalations with customers, sales, and QA.
- Contract Management: Oversee contracts, ensure compliance, and report on customer performance.
- Commercial Samples: Input sample delivery requests accurately.
- Data & Analytics: Provide relevant customer data and analyses to enhance relationships and delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of process improvement initiatives.
- This role is temporary, a replacement for sick leave (possibility to extend)
- 32-38 hours working hours
- Hybrid role (2 days in the office, 3 days at home)
- Salary indication is €3400 gross per month based on a 38-hour work week

To be successful in this role, you have:* Working experience in Order to Cash / Supply Chain / Commercial / Prospect to Order
* English required; Dutch is a plus
* SAP Expert
* Power BI is a significant plus
