Tasks

As our Sales Manager for Netherlands, you’ll be the very first sales hire for the Netherlands – playing a vital role in shaping plancraft’s local presence and customer base.

You’ll take ownership and ensure plancraft becomes the go-to SaaS solution for trades in Netherlands:

  • Generate and manage leads via outbound prospecting and inbound nurturing.
  • Run high-impact demos and consultative sales calls tailored to customer needs.
  • Own the full sales cycle – from first contact to signed contract.
  • Gather market feedback and share strategic insights with the team.
  • Represent plancraft at local trade fairs and industry events.
Requirements

Must-haves:

  • Native Dutch speaker with strong English skills.
  • 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in SMB segment.
  • Proven track record across the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced startup.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam or nearby.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Familiarity with contractor or ERP software.
  • Event or partner sales experience.
  • Basic data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets).
  • Event representation or partner-sales experience
