As a Senior Data Management Specialist, you'll work within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team focused on ESG regulatory reporting and data governance standards. You'll help design, implement, and monitor data processes, ensuring they are compliant with high regulatory standards. Moreover, you can expect to collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT, translating regulatory needs into data requirements, ensuring data lineage, and enhancing quality frameworks.

  • Define and manage data delivery agreements with relevant stakeholders;
  • Create and maintain physical & logical data dictionaries and definitions;
  • Link data requirements directly to reporting assets using tools like Collibra;
  • Use systems like TIBCO EBX to set up and maintain reference data;
  • Onboard systems to the data chain using Informatica EDC;
  • Implement and test data lineage and data quality (DQ) rules;
  • Register and manage data issues via governance tools;
  • Conduct root cause analysis and support resolution processes;
  • Define and implement data flow, risks, and controls to ensure process integrity;
  • Ensure timely integration of data activities in project and change calendars.

The assignment is scheduled to start on December 1, 2025, and will run until November 30, 2026. The role requires a commitment of 36 hours per week and is based in Utrecht. The monthly salary ranges between €5,000 and €6,500, depending on experience and qualifications. Are you interested? Are you interested? Functie eisen

* Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO level);
* 5+ years of experience in data management within the financial sector;
* Proven experience implementing changes across complex data and IT landscapes;
* Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively;
* Proactive, process-improvement mindset;
* Excellent command of English (spoken & written);
* Must reside in the Netherlands.
