Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to tackle the challenge of realizing complex, high-tech hardware? Do you thrive in an R&D environment, leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve the seemingly impossible?
We are looking for a visionary leader to define and execute projects involving cutting-edge optics, precision mechanics, control engineering, and MAIT (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Test). You'll ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, but your impact will go further—you'll be the key connection to our paying customers, maintaining strong relationships and working with business developers to acquire exciting new projects.
What You'll Do- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams of specialists and systems engineers.
- Oversee the definition and execution of complex hardware projects from concept to realization.
- Ensure project results are delivered successfully, meeting all deadlines and budgetary goals.
- Build and maintain excellent, long-term relationships with customers.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the business by collaborating on new project proposals and acquisitions.

- MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a similar technical field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a high-tech systems environment.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Proven experience in successfully building hardware for paying customers.
- Experience in proposal writing and project acquisition.
