Your responsibilities include:
- Gathering raw ingredients based on recipes using a mobile unit with digital tools
- Weighing and processing materials with precision according to order specifications
- Keeping your workspace safe, clean, and organized throughout the shift
- Following company procedures and quality standards for safe production
- Collaborating closely with your team to ensure timely and smooth operations
- Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00
- Gross hourly wage of €17.91 (excluding shift allowance)
- 20.5% shift premium on all hours worked in the 3-shift system
- Potential for a direct contract with IFF upon strong performance
- 25 paid vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and a 13th-month bonus
- Travel reimbursement at €0.21/km
- Pension plan starting from your first working day
- A professional, innovative, and international work environment
- Good communication in Dutch and/or English (minimum B1 level)
- Availability for 3-shift work
- Prior experience in production or as an (assistant) operator
- High attention to detail and strong focus on safety
- Comfortable working with scented substances
- Physically fit and capable of working independently and in a team
