For a children's fashion store in Roermond, we are looking for an enthusiastic Shop Manager.

As a Shop Manager, you are responsible for:
- Leading the team and creating a positive working atmosphere;
- Acting as the point of contact for both customers and colleagues;
- Taking full responsibility for all financial processes, including the cash register and back office;
- Identifying and actively responding to commercial opportunities on the shop floor;
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized store;
- Staff scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and assigning daily tasks;
- Managing KPI's.

* Knowledge of financial administration;
* Commercial awareness;
* Experience with KPI's and conducting analyses;
* Experience in coaching and supporting a team;
* Fluency in English written and spoken.
