In this role, you will be responsible for the construction of impressive offshore cranes. These are custom-made for clients and serve different purposes each time. This means your role has a lot of diversity! As a project manager, you will closely monitor whether a project is progressing well on a technical level, while also maintaining close contact with clients and stakeholders.

As a Technical Project Manager (special projects), you are the driving force behind specialized, unique projects. From the very first customer contact, you are involved and energetically get started to ensure that a concept is developed that meets the customer's requirements. You lead a multidisciplinary team, monitor the schedule, and maintain close contact with the customer. Throughout the project, you are the face of the company for the customer, suppliers, and the internal organization.

What exactly will you do?

• Realize projects within time and budget;
• Coordinate between departments: Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Installation;
• Review and approval of technical documents and specifications;
• Compliance with industrial standards and regulations;
• Prepare and monitor project budgets;
• Collaboration with the finance department for cost monitoring;
• Monitor project progress and provide updates;
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies;
• Resolve technical issues as the first point of contact for the customer during FATs and warranty periods.

What can you expect?

• The salary for this role is between 5000 and 6800 bpm based on 40 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience;
• 40 days off and a pension plan where a large part of the premium is paid by the employer;
