As a Visual Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the rollout of new global-to-regional digital platforms. You will gather feedback from stakeholders, assist in developing rollout and onboarding strategies, and support user adoption across regions. Working closely with internal tech teams and cross-functional departments such as Visual Merchandising, Store Design, and Marketing, you will ensure the platform launch is smooth, effective, and aligned with broader brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the new digital platform strategy, ensuring it meets both departmental goals and user needs;
- Assist in planning and executing rollouts, including developing user training materials and providing post-launch support;
- Gather feedback and requirements from global and regional teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement;
- Track key milestones, communicate progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Functie eisen
The ideal candidate brings a mix of creativity, organization, and cross-functional collaboration. You have:* 3+ years of experience in communications, training, or learning & development;
* Knowledge of retail training programs, digital learning platforms, and instructional design;
* A background in visual merchandising, interior design, or architecture is a plus;
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines proactively;
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
