The job

Because quality is important to us, we are looking for someone who is hands-on, technical, and can keep an overview. In this role you are an important part of our technical team!

Your tasks

• Prepare (new) houses so they are ready and meet all SNF rules and regulations.
• Paint walls, replace floors, maintain gardens, and do small repair jobs (for example: fixing or hanging lamps, hanging curtains, etc.).
• Notice problems, report them to colleagues, and find the best solution together.
• Deliver furniture and other items to Covebo houses.
• Clear out houses when international employees move out.
• Make sure house rules and safety rules are followed – safety always comes first.

As a Housing & Maintenance Worker you will have a very varied – international – job where you work independently. For this role we are looking for a real doer, someone who does not mind rolling up their sleeves to take care of small technical tasks. Additionally:

• You are interested in technology, or you are looking for a good job where you can further develop your technical skills.
• You speak Dutch and/or English.
• You have a driving licence (B).
• You live in the area of Nijkerk (the work is done all over the country).
• You are available full-time.

• A gross starting salary from €2,550 per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.
• A company phone, laptop, and work van waiting for you at our office in Nijkerk.

• We build your pension together. This consists of a basic part and a (voluntary) flexible part. For the basic part you pay 33.33% of the premium, and for the flexible part 100%.
• 26 vacation days on a full-time basis, with the option to buy extra days.
