Functieomschrijving
As an Interim Category Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing the sourcing strategy for your assigned category, which has a spend of €20-€100 million and involves managing 10-40 suppliers. Your key tasks will include:
- Leading the deployment of the category strategy and prioritizing procurement initiatives.
- Negotiating and selecting suppliers, and managing the contracting process.
- Building and managing relationships with key suppliers, and tracking their performance (Key Supplier Management).
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and procurement colleagues to ensure alignment on initiatives and best practices.
- Contributing to the overall Indirect Procurement strategy for dsm-firmenich.
Functie-eisen
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in either a procurement or business context.
- Specific expertise in the IT/OT (production automation) domain, including experience with instrumentation, control systems (PLC/DCS), and related digital manufacturing solutions.
- Fluency in both Dutch (local language) and English
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- An exciting part-time interim position for 1 year (16-24 hours per week) .
- You will be offered a project contract for the duration of the assignment of 1 year, for 16 or 24 hours per week. The salary indication is between €5,700 - €6,000 per month based on a full-time position, with 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 pro-rata vacation days
