Are you a strong Front of House, Front Office or Rooms Division Manager from a large, high-volume hotel or hostel, ready to take the next step? We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple vibrant properties in Amsterdam, each with its own unique character and energy.

What you'll do:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance;
- Support and guide Heads of Department, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams;
- Safeguard safety and compliance for guests and employees;
- Manage finances, reporting, and stock control across revenue streams such as breakfast, bars, restaurants, tours, events, and meeting rooms;
- Take ownership of Manager on Duty shifts, resource planning, and coverage during peak periods;
- Collaborate closely with support functions like Finance, HR, and Commercial.
The salary for this position depends on knowledge and experience and will be around €4000 gross per month based on a 38-hour work week.

The ideal candidate has/is:* Proven leadership in hospitality operations, ideally across multiple sites or large properties;
* Background as a Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager, or multi-department leader in a high-volume environment;
* Strong financial and organizational skills with a strategic mindset;
* Flexible and adaptable to a 24/7 operation (including evenings and weekends);
* A people-person who thrives in a diverse, international environment.
