You can make connections and have a strong but flexible mindset to get things done.
You show the ability to persuade and inspire others and are proactive, while also having a knack for attentive listening and building connections. In addition, you can lead by example while maintaining an independent distance.You are proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles. This includes knowledge of Scrum roles, events, artifacts, and the underlying Agile principles. You will support the teams by educating them and helping them to continuously improve their development process.
You are skilled in situational leadership and can use the stances of the Scrum Master: Servant Leader, Change Agent, Facilitator, Coach, Impediment Remover, Mentor, Teacher.Requirements
• Certified (PSM1/PSM2) Scrum Master
• Experience in coaching and mentoring multicultural high-performance teams
• Experience in intervening effectively in both individual and group settings to bring teams to a higher level of maturity
• You are a hands-on leader for teams
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills, and you focus on the scrum values of dedication, courage, focus, openness and respect
• In addition to analytical skills, also the ability to see and implement improvements
• Experience in Business analysis, functional consulting and project management is additionally good to have
