Senior Program Manager IT (Interim)

For a leading organization in the telecom and IT sector, we are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager who can lead complex programs in a dynamic environment. You will work on strategic initiatives that involve multiple business units and support departments. In this role, you combine stakeholder management, strategic alignment, and hands-on program delivery.

The assignment starts on 15 September 2025 and runs until 30 June 2026. You will work an average of 37 hours per week, based in Rotterdam with the possibility to work in a hybrid setup. The maximum rate for this assignment is €110 per hour.

• Leading large-scale programs with many internal and external stakeholders;
• Translating strategic vision into concrete priorities, roadmaps, and programs;
• Setting up effective program structures and governance that support teams without slowing them down;
• Communicating proactively about progress, risks, and dependencies;
• Supporting decision-making and facilitating alignment between stakeholders;
• Driving risk and change management within the organization;
• Defining and implementing processes and structures where needed to enable scalability.
