From the very first client interaction, you'll be closely involved in projects and ensure customer needs are translated into concrete solutions. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, monitor planning, and serve as the face of the company for clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex, client-specific projects from concept to delivery.
- Coordinating and managing Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Installation.
- Reviewing and approving technical documents and specifications.
- Preparing, monitoring, and reporting on project budgets.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, while resolving technical challenges.
- Representing the company during FATs and throughout the warranty period.

Functie eisen
You are a technically skilled, results-oriented professional who thrives on taking responsibility. You know how to inspire your team and keep an overview, even when managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
You bring:
- A completed technical degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Lead Engineer in the maritime, offshore, or industrial sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
