• Develop and execute business plans for existing customers and strategically selected new accounts to achieve commercial objectives;

• Maintain close contact with customers and prospects to understand their needs, processes and challenges and propose appropriate solutions;

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers, such as plant managers, production managers and technical specialists;

• Provide technical support to customers, identify and resolve problems, and escalate complex issues within the organization in a timely manner;

• Analyzing customer systems and operational processes, interpreting data, and making concrete recommendations to improve performance;

• Actively promote and sell technological innovations and solutions, and translate these into added value for the customer;

• Initiating continuous improvement processes that lead to optimization of water, energy and process consumption;

• Reporting on commercial progress, customer developments and market opportunities to management.
