The position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile collections, collaborating with international design and technical teams to deliver exceptional fit, quality, and consistency.

Key Focus: Develop and refine core pattern blocks for the women's woven collection.
Responsibilities
- Review existing woven pattern blocks, identify fit issues, and align priorities with design, product development, merchandising, and technical teams;
- Create or refine key woven blocks (shirts, pants, dresses, skirts) and conduct fittings to secure approvals;
- Update PLM with accurate graded specifications and technical documentation;
- Maintain a clearly organized block library for seasonal use;
- Finalize and hand over approved blocks with full supporting files.
- Two temporary opportunities to contribute to high-profile global collections;
- Work within a creative, diverse, and collaborative international team;
- Competitive salary based on experience;
- Potential for contract extension depending on business needs.

* Proven experience in technical development or pattern making for womenswear (woven or denim);* Strong understanding of garment construction, grading, and fit standards;
* Proficiency in PLM systems and technical documentation;
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;
* Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams.
