Warehouse Employee (M/F) - Relocation in the Netherlands

LPC Recruitment is hiring for one of our clients in the Bleiswijk area, specialized in logistics and supply chain management.

You will join a team responsible for various warehouse tasks, depending on the department you're assigned to.

Depending on the department, your tasks may include:
• Sorting and labeling pallets
• Transporting goods between sectors
• Picking and scanning orders
• Packing and preparing shipments
• Sorting boxes by code
• Quality control of returned items
• Redirecting returns to the appropriate warehouse

This is a straightforward role suitable for everyone! You only need to:
• Be comfortable lifting loads up to 5kg
• Be autonomous and follow rules
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Enjoy working in multicultural teams
• Be available to work on holidays (especially during Christmas)
• Be able to remove piercings during working hours
• Have at least B1 level of English (mandatory)
• Have a driver's license (preferred)

What we offer:
• Base salary of €14.40/hour (for ages 21+)
• 10.5% holiday allowance
• Option to work with friends or family (groups of 3-4 people)
• Direct contract after 1,140 worked hours and with your own accommodation
• Support with accommodation and daily transport between home and work

Shift bonuses:
• +10% between 19:00 and 00:00
• +25% between 00:00 and 07:00
• +50% on Saturdays and Sundays
• +100% on national holidays
